Terms and Conditions

Period of hire is from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure.


Bookings normally run Saturday-Saturday.

We kindly ask that you respect your accommodation and leave it clean and tidy on your departure. A security deposit is held (see payments and cancellations) and deductions will be made if the accommodation is misused.

We appreciate that sometimes you may wish friends or family to stay with you during your holiday who are not mentioned at the time of booking. If this should be the case, and this does not exceed the maximum occupancy of the accommodation, please notify us & your booking will be amended and any extra costs applied.


If you have friends staying in the area and you would like them to visit you in your accommodation, in the interests of security, please let us know. All visitors must leave by 11pm.

As a courtesy to fellow guests and neighbours we respectfully request that noise levels are kept to a minimum after 11pm.

We have an unfenced pond on the croft therefore, in the interests of safety, young children must be supervised at all times while playing outside.

All accommodation is non-smoking.

No pets are allowed
