Terms and Conditions

Period of hire is from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure.

Only the number of people mentioned on the booking confirmation may occupy the accommodation.

If you have friends or family staying in the area and you would like them to visit you in your accommodation, in the interests of security, you must let us know prior to their visit. All visitors must leave by 10pm.

As a courtesy to fellow guests and neighbours we respectfully request that noise levels are kept to a minimum after 11.30pm.

There is an unfenced pond on the croft so any young children in your party must be supervised at all times while playing outside.

All accommodation is non-smoking.

No pets are allowed

We kindly ask that you respect your accommodation and that on your departure you leave it clean and tidy. A security/housekeeping deposit is held (see payments and cancellations) and deductions will be made if the accommodation is left in an unsatisfactory condition.

We accept no liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by any resident, their family, visitors, animals, vehicle or personal effects however caused.
