PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • A deposit to reach us within 4 days of booking please.
  • Cheques made payable to Glencoe Croft Holidays, and posted to Sheana Hall, Glencoe Croft Holidays, 12c Carnoch, Glencoe, Argyll. PH49 4HS.
  • Non UK guests:  Payment by International Bank Transfer

  

  • Balance to be paid 28 days prior to arrival.
  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Bookings made 30 days (or less) before arrival require to be paid in full.
  • We also take a separate housekeeping deposit of £50.00. This is standard procedure for holiday rentals.The accommodation is required to be left as you find it. A flat rate £25 deduction will be made for any extra cleaning required and £25 for any small breakages which have not been replaced by you. Any damage incurred to be paid at cost.
  • Baby equipment package deposit £50

           

  • If you have reason to cancel your holiday any monies paid to us (minus your deposit) will be returned to you provided we receive a minimum 30 days notice. No refunds are given after this period.
  • We always advise you take out appropriate holiday insurance cover.
  • If for any reason we have to cancel your holiday a full refund will apply.
