Payments and Cancellations
A cheque deposit to reach us within 5 days of booking please. Cheques made payable to Sheana Hall and posted to Sheana Hall, Glencoe Croft Holidays, 12c Carnoch, Glencoe, Argyll. PH49 4HS.

Alternatively, payment can be made via internet banking.

Non UK guests, payment can be made via International Bank Transfer

Banking details will be provided at time of booking

Balance to be paid 28 days prior to arrival.

Bookings made 30 days (or less) before arrival require to be paid in full.

We also take a separate housekeeping deposit of £50.00. This is standard procedure for holiday rentals. The accommodation is required to be left as clean and tidy as you find it. A flat rate £25 deduction will be made for any extra cleaning required and £25 for any small breakages which have not been replaced by you. Any damage incurred to be paid at cost.

If you have reason to cancel your holiday any monies paid to us (minus your deposit) will be returned to you provided we receive a minimum 30 days notice. No refunds are given after this period.

We always advise you take out appropriate holiday cancellation insurance cover.

If for any reason we have to cancel your holiday a full refund will apply.
