Payments and Cancellations
PAYMENTS
A £100 deposit to reach us within 5 days of booking
Deposits are non-refundable
Balance due 28 days prior to arrival
Bookings made 30 days (or less) before arrival require to be paid in full
Payment can be made by
Cheque
BACS/online banking
International bank transfer
Payment details provided at time of booking
Refundable housekeeping/security deposit: £50.00
We kindly request that you leave the accommodation clean and tidy and, on inspection after your departure, if the accommodation has not been left in a satisfactory condition, a flat rate housekeeping payment of £25 may be deducted from this deposit. Minor accidental damages or breakages will not normally be charged, however any substantial breakages/damage must be reported to us prior to departure and reinstatement costs will apply.
This deposit will be returned to you within 7 days of your departure
CANCELLATIONS
If you have reason to cancel your holiday any monies paid to us (minus your deposit) will be returned to you provided we receive a minimum 30 days notice. No refunds are given after this period.
We always advise you take out appropriate holiday cancellation insurance
If for any reason we have to cancel your holiday a full refund will apply.
